Our hotel is located just 200m from the sea, in a few minutes you can take your kinds to the beach without traffic problems, in complete relax. The beach is equipped for a fee or free next to the water drier, also available a new beach for dogs “Duke”.
The watchword is relax! Our property is situated in a quiet area, close to the greenery and the typical pine forests of the city of Lignano Sabbiadoro. Let yourself be carried away by the scent of pine trees and the chirping of the local fauna. A few meters from the protected nature reserve of the river Tagliamento.
Are you a Family? So the Hotel Old River is perfect for you as we may call us a “Family hotel”. There are available pool, children zones with playground, and as we are situated in a quiet area you can leave your kids run free in complete relax. The bicycles paths start direct in front of the hotel.
Since the 50ies the hotel Old River tries to offer its clients a vacation in relax, to discover the beach and the location of Lignano Riviera, by living in the green and most natural part of the city Lignano Sabbiadoro. During the years we transformed and renovated our hotel, until the complete restructuration of the rooms in 2019.

All types of rooms, from double, triple, quadruple and the communicating family rooms are waiting for you in a new and modern way. They have a balcony, some with a panoramic view over the green pinewood of Lignano Riviera, shower box, Wi-Fi connection and full bathroom with shower cabin…
The most appreciated place of our Guests! A great pool to alternate beach and sea. It lies near the entrance, on the side of the property, offers sunbeds with free umbrella included during your stay and a bar service available during the opening hours to the public.
